The Role:

Producing detailed façade and cladding designs from concept through to fabrication and installation
*
Working closely with project and contracts teams to ensure drawings meet client specifications and programme deadlines
*
Liaising with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues
*
Using CAD software to produce accurate design drawings and technical details
The Candidate:
*
Previous experience as a Designer within façades, cladding, curtain walling, or rainscreen
*
Strong knowledge of building envelope systems
*
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit or other 3D design software is a plus)
*
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage workload effectively
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a collaborative team
