My client is a main car dealership based in Leatherhead, currently seeking a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their team.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an extremely organized individual with attention to detail, who is highly efficient and hardworking. The ideal candidate should be experienced with computer programs, including Excel, and possess good grammar and typing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent support and administrative service to the Sales Department.
2. Ensure efficient processing of new, used, and fleet vehicle orders.
3. Develop effective contact with manufacturers and suppliers.
4. Handle customer requests and queries to ensure total customer satisfaction.
5. Assist the retailer in achieving industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control.
Candidate Requirements:
* Must be computer literate.
* Minimum of 1 year previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator.
* Experience within a main dealership in the Motor Trade is required.
* Proven record of accurate and timely processing of vehicle orders is preferable.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Well organized, efficient, with a keen eye for detail.
* Flexibility during busy periods is a plus.
