We have an exciting opportunity for a patient-focused Practice Manager who thrives supporting a team to reach their full potential to join our Causeway Dental Practice in Horsham. The essentials:
1. Full time, 40 hours per week
2. Mondays, Tuesdays Wednesdays & Fridays - and Thursdays - 6pm
3. Competitive rate starting from £ in line with experience
4. Community focused practice, located at the heart of Horsham town centre with parking close by
Causeway dental practice has provided high-quality dental treatment in Horsham and surrounding areas for more than 40 years. We are one of Horsham's largest dental care centres and are committed to clinical excellence.
We provide a comprehensive range of dental treatments including cosmetic and specialist services for patients of all ages and welcome referrals from local practices. We continue to invest in the latest technology to support and advance not only our patient experience but also the clinical care we provide.
About you
We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
5. A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
6. Passionate about delivering great service
7. Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
8. Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
9. Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
