Your Role
* Champion a customer-first mindset while aligning with business goals.
* Ensure all designs meet brand, channel, and policy standards.
* Drive new strategies to elevate the Experience Design team.
* Identify and implement process improvements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to shape project direction.
* Communicate across design, development, and product teams.
* Mentor junior designers and support their growth.
* Lead workshops and walkthroughs to align teams.
* Deliver UX artifacts: personas, journeys, wireframes, prototypes.
Your Profile
* 5+ years in UX Design with a strong digital portfolio.
* Skilled in Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
* Background in design, HCI, or related field.
* Experience designing for web, mobile, and complex systems.
* Proficient in tools like Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD.
* Strong conceptual thinker and visual communicator.
* Confident in leading presentations and stakeholder sessions.
* Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
* Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
