About the Role Are you a natural leader with a strong technical background who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment? As Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality service across our engineering team. Youll help coordinate and guide a team of 18 mobile engineers, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard while maintaining excellent client relationships. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will help drive performance, support engineers in the field, and ensure operational processes run smoothly.
