Children’s Support Worker Location: Staffordshire – commutable from Birmingham Contract: Full-time, permanent Shifts: 24/7 rota (days, nights, weekends, sleep-ins where applicable) We are recruiting Children’s Support Workers to join a residential service supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and associated complex needs. This is a rewarding, hands-on role where you will help provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment, enabling young people to develop confidence, emotional regulation, and life skills.
