As a Business Data Analyst in NICE’s Digital, Information & Technology Directorate (Architecture & Data team), you’ll bridge business needs and data-driven solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and multi-disciplinary delivery teams to turn complex questions into clear requirements, high-quality analysis, and actionable insight that support better decisions, service improvements, and digital transformation. • Analyse and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating findings into clear recommendations. • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) to support operational and strategic decision-making. • Work with stakeholders to define data requirements, KPIs and success measures, and translate these into user stories/use cases. • Investigate and clearly define problems (including root-cause analysis), assessing options, impacts, and benefits. • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement, communicating confidently with both technical teams and non-technical audiences. • Support process improvement and effective change of delivery, including documentation, service acceptance/testing, and adoption. • Promote good data governance and quality practices, working in line with data protection and organisational policies. • Work autonomously in a changing environment, balancing priorities, and contributing to continuous professional development.
