The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor (1 PQE) to join the firm’s growing Corporate & Commercial department. This role is ideal for a recently qualified solicitor looking to further develop their expertise, working alongside experienced lawyers on a diverse and high-quality caseload. Key Responsibilities Assisting with mergers & acquisitions, business sales, and corporate restructurings. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (NDAs, supplier agreements, terms of business). Advising on corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and partnership agreements. Supporting senior colleagues on larger transactions and complex matters. Conducting legal research and advising clients on compliance and regulatory developments. Building strong client relationships and delivering clear, commercially focused advice. Requirements Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in corporate/commercial law. Strong legal drafting and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commercial awareness and an interest in supporting business clients.
