Managing parts supply for workshops and the front counter
Providing excellent customer service, advising on parts availability and specifications
Communicating effectively with customers face-to-face and over the phone
Maintaining accurate customer and order records
Building strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
Supporting the parts department to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Assisting with stock management and inventory control
Contributing to a positive and professional dealership environmentSpecification:
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Experience in parts retail or an automotive service environment (preferred, but not essential)
Customer-focused with a professional approach
IT literate, familiar with web-based systems and Microsoft Office
Able to work well as part of a team
Valid UK driving licence holder
