The Quality Lead (Clinical) is a key operational and clinical governance role responsible for ensuring that DrPA Secure maintains the highest standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and compliance at Manston STHF & Western Jet Foil. The post-holder a registered nurse (Band 6 or equivalent) will oversee quality assurance systems, clinical audits, and performance monitoring to support safe, effective, and ethical healthcare delivery in line with Home Office and NHS standards. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, operational leads, HR, and governance stakeholders, the Quality Lead will monitor compliance with contractual, legislative, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across all service areas. This role is central to maintaining clinical and operational integrity, supporting staff development, and ensuring healthcare services are delivered in line with DrPA Secures CARE ethos Compassion, Assurance, Respect, and Empowerment.
