Field Service Engineer Door to Door Pay £35,000 - £40,000 Van, Tools, Fuel Card Job Purpose: Responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, installing, and repairing electronic/mechanical equipment in the field while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Collaborates with peers, supports special projects, and maintains strong technical documentation and communication. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily service repairs and field installations Troubleshoot and resolve electronic/mechanical issues using schematics Maintain accurate service logs and submit reports promptly Manage parts ordering, installation, and returns Train customers on equipment operation as needed Ensure tools and test equipment are calibrated and maintained Provide technical support and participate in special projects or site surveys Qualifications & Skills: Associate's degree or Trade Certification with Level 3 Engineering qualification Experience in field repair of electronic/electrical systems Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technical documentation Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service orientation Flexible and able to travel on short notice Proactive Global is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
