Our highly respected client is currently recruiting Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to work at a new mental‑health centre in Manchester. There are excellent opportunities for RMNs seeking flexible agency work with competitive pay rates across days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will deliver compassionate, recovery‑focused mental health care to patients in a variety of outpatient and community settings. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, effective, and therapeutic delivery of care while working within multi‑disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities of the Mental Health Nurse:
* Assessing, planning, and delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients with complex mental health needs.
* Administering medication and monitoring treatment in line with clinical guidelines.
* Supporting recovery‑focused care plans that promote independence and wellbeing.
* Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and agencies.
* Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date clinical documentation in line with NMC standards.
Requirements of the Mental Health Nurse:
* Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
* Previous experience working in inpatient or community mental health services.
* Strong communication, clinical, and risk assessment skills.
