Commercial IP Senior Associate - 4-9 PQE - Up to £120,000 salary
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial/IP Senior Associate to join a high-performing, internationally recognised legal team in Manchester. This is a rare chance to work on headline-grabbing international commercial matters alongside a Legal 500 leading Partner.
You’ll play a key role in advising major global clients across a wide range of industries, with particular exposure to luxury brands, multinationals, and fast-growth businesses operating at the forefront of their sectors.
The Role
You’ll be involved in a broad mix of non-contentious commercial IP work, including:
* Licensing, brand strategy, and IP commercialisation
* Technology and data-driven contracts
* Cross-border commercial agreements and strategic partnerships
* Supporting client projects from inception through to implementation
The work is high-quality, often international in scope, and will see you collaborating with leading lawyers across a global network.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be 4-9 PQE, seasoned, Commercial solicitor from a non-contentious IP and commercial contracts background. Confident working collaboratively and independently, leading and supervising on varied commercial work.
Committed to supporting clients with on-going projects as well as a keen interest in further business development, networking and forming strong market connections.
