Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician

Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate best practice on using equipment safely and monitor teams to ensure everyone follows correct processes.
* Track equipment performance through visual checks, condition‑based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks, scheduling additional servicing when required.
* Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers.
* Solve equipment issues to reduce downtime, enabling operations to process packages quickly.
* Support continuous improvement of systems and standardise processes across the EU network.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 / SVQ Level 3 / IVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Level 3 / EAL Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics, or UK certified apprenticeship of 4 years.
* Work a flexible schedule/shift, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
* Experience using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
* Experience with automated conveyor systems, electrical and electronic principles, preventative maintenance procedures, blueprint and schematic reading, industrial electrical, industrial controls, industrial electronics, PLC programming, NEC, and work order management.
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's degree in Mechatronics or a related technical field.
* Experience in vendor or facilities management.
* Experience with robotic operation and maintenance.
* Experience as a mentor, tech lead or engineering team lead.
* Experience with material handling equipment safety standards and OEM requirements.
