Job Overview
We are looking to recruit an Equipment Officer to support customers in their homes by delivering, fitting, demonstrating, and maintaining equipment.
Full UK driving licence (manual) and willingness to drive vans required. Monday to Friday, 09:00‑17:00 (37‑hour week, pro‑rated if working fewer hours).
Responsibilities
* Deliver and fit equipment to assessed customers.
* Demonstrate equipment usage and safe handling.
* Assist with repairs when necessary.
* Collect equipment no longer needed.
* Support the business in achieving service goals.
Qualifications & Skills
* Outstanding communication and customer care skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Positive caring outlook and enabling attitude.
* Good IT skills and written communication.
* Willingness to work flexibly, including potential weekend and bank holiday shifts.
* Full UK driving licence (manual).
