Hays Accountancy & Finance are pleased to be working with a leading contracting business to recruit a Management Accountant to join their team in Huntingdon.
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Producing monthly management accounts
2. Variance analysis
3. Budgeting
4. Forecasting
5. Reconciliations
What you'll need to succeed
6. Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
7. Experience working in project or contract accounting within construction or manufacturing
8. Strong understanding of WIP accounting, revenue recognition and cost tracking
9. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems
