A Leading Education Recruitment Agency is currently working with a number of mainstream primary and secondary schools, SEMH provisions, and alternative education settings in Hanwell to recruit committed and emotionally intelligent Behaviour Mentors. These schools support pupils who present with challenging behaviour, emotional dysregulation, trauma-related needs, anxiety, and social communication difficulties, and they are seeking professionals who can offer calm, structured, and consistent support.
The Role
As a Behaviour Mentor in Hanwell, you will play a key role in supporting pupils who struggle to manage their behaviour within a school environment. You will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis, within small intervention groups, or across classrooms to help reduce behaviour incidents and improve engagement.
