Qualifications
* Applicant MUST hold a full and relevant level 3 early Years Qualification.
* Have a First Aid qualification
* have experience leading and managing in early years education
Responsibilities
Core responsibilities will include:
* Lead and inspire our team to deliver high-quality care and education
* Work closely with the committee and staff to maintain our warm, inclusive ethos.
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted and statutory requirements
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, the nursery team, parents and local schools.
* Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all the children in the nursery.
