We are an emerging Longevity & Wellness clinic based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. Our services currently include red light therapy, infrared saunas, cryotherapy, and more treatments coming soon as we expand. We are a small, ambitious company preparing for significant growth, and we're looking for someone with energy, vision, and hands-on leadership to help us take the clinic to the next level.
The Role
As Clinic Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client experience. You will be directly involved in supporting the company's growth and upscaling plans, helping to introduce new services, systems, and processes as the clinic develops.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and excellent client care.
* Lead, support, and motivate staff to deliver high standards of service.
* Oversee bookings, client communications, and scheduling.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and industry standards.
* Monitor performance, report on key metrics, and implement improvements.
* Support the introduction of new therapies and services as the clinic expands.
* Manage stock, equipment, and supplier relationships.
* Work closely with senior management on growth and development projects.
About You
* Based in Essex, with the flexibility to be on-site full-time.
* Previous experience in clinic, spa, wellness, or health-related management (desirable, but not essential if you have strong transferable skills).
* Strong organisational and people management skills.
* Confident, proactive, and willing to take ownership of a new and evolving project.
* Passionate about health, wellness, and customer care.
* Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment.
