As a Global Engineering Capability Lead - Processes, you will take on a high‑impact leadership role within our Group Engineering and Technology function. You will drive consistency, quality and innovation across a global engineering workforce, influencing how teams collaborate and deliver in highly regulated environments. This role is full‑time, 37.5 hours per week and can be based at one of our main UK locations including Warrington, Bristol, Devonport, Leicester, Rosyth. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
