Job Description:
This is an urgent vacancy for an experienced Interim Senior Property Manager to oversee the strategic and operational management of a public sector estate in London. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of post-qualification experience, be MRICS qualified, and possess excellent communication skills.
About the Role:
* Oversee the management of freehold and leasehold properties, including operational buildings, offices, retail, and residential asset classes.
* Deliver expertise in landlord and tenant management, leasing, planning, service charge, and legal matters.
* Manage external agents and contractors while liaising with academic staff.
Candidate Requirements:
* MRICS qualification with 5 years of post-qualification experience.
* Able to start at short notice.
* Willingness to travel to London as required.
* Experience in managing property/estates in complex environments, preferably client-side within the public sector.
* Knowledge of statutory regulations and best practices in estate management.
