This is an incredible agency that’s going from strength to strength. As part of their continued growth, they’ve created a new role that blends client leadership with team management, placing you right at the heart of key account relationships.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, shaping strategy, driving retention, and ensuring CRM and email marketing programmes deliver clear, measurable results. Alongside this, you’ll mentor your team to deliver outstanding work, lead client presentations and roadmap discussions, and keep projects running smoothly from end to end.
A bit about the role
* Manage and grow relationships with eCommerce clients as their main UK point of contact and strategic lead.
* Deliver retention strategies, uncover upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term account success.
* Lead, coach, and develop three Account Managers on planning, communication, and delivery.
* Ensure projects move smoothly across creative, technical, and client teams.
* Build and oversee client roadmaps tied to their business goals.
A bit about you
* 6+ years in eCommerce email marketing.
* 2-3+ years in an agency environment, managing multiple clients in fast-paced settings.
* Strong CRM experience (Klaviyo).
* Confident communicator skilled at leading high-level client conversations and presentations.
* Experience managing or mentoring (ideally remote) teams.
* You thrive in client-facing roles, love coaching others, and understand how to turn CRM strategy into business results.
