About the Opportunity
Jacobs is launching a two‑year Graduate Development Programme (GDP) designed to deliver real impact on advanced facilities projects, including semiconductor manufacturing, data centre sites and other cutting‑edge facilities.
Impact
You will contribute to world‑class design and construction services, from feasibility studies through full design development and construction support. Your work will help our clients deliver complex, high‑value solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver design services for projects including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction support.
* Support the planning and execution of long‑range and feasibility studies for advanced facilities.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to provide innovative and practical solutions.
* Apply engineering knowledge to design and analysis tasks in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
* Working towards a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Strong communication and team‑working skills.
* Self‑starter, adaptable to change and passionate about learning and professional growth.
* Demonstrated ability to meet targeted commitments in a fast‑paced environment.
