About the Role
As Business Support Manager, you will operate as the central point of coordination between the Head of Operations, scientific leadership and cross-functional teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of business operations, internal programmes and executive activities — maximising efficiency and supporting strategic delivery across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality business support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and priorities

Coordinate internal meetings, events and leadership forums with professionalism and attention to detail

Act as a link between departments to drive alignment and operational rhythm

Monitor and report on key operational deliverables and programmes

Assist with planning, scheduling and tracking of strategic initiatives

Draft, review and distribute internal communications, reports and documentation
*
Support process improvement, operational planning and governance activities

Act as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
About You
You will be an experienced business support professional with:

Proven experience in a Business Support, Operations, Project Coordination or similar role

Comfort working with senior leaders and executive teams
*
Strong organisational and planning skills
*
Excellent written and verbal communication
*
Ability to prioritise a busy workload with competing deadlines
*
High level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail

Confidence working across teams in a matrixed environment

Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
Experience within biotechnology, life sciences, academic or research environments is an advantage but not essential
