Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking to appoint a Foundation Office AdministrativeAssistanttosupport the work of the central charitys executive office, known as the Foundation Office.
The post-holder willwork closely in a team comprising Personal Assistant to the Foundation Principal, the Bursar, the Governance Manager (currently on maternity leave), and the Foundation OfficeAdministrator.
The Foundation Office Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the successful operations of the Foundation Office.
The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, possess strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and the capacity to effectively multitask and manage priorities. Proficient in Microsoft skills like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Hours of Work : 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), all year round
Salary : Pay band between 19 to 22.
Point 19 FTE is £25,956 per annum to Point 22 FTE is £27,815 per annum
