What will you be doing?
Subsea7 is seeking an HR Advisor to join their UK & Global IRM (UK&GIRM) team on a full-time, permanent basis, based in our Westhill, Aberdeen office.
The role involves delivering a professional HR service to the onshore population, providing day-to-day HR advice and support to a diverse range of employees and managers, primarily in the UK, but also in overseas offices globally. The position reports to the UK&GIRM Senior HR Business Partner and supports the HR Director.
As our HR digitalisation progresses, this role will be integral to that transition, supporting data integrity, analytics, and reporting alongside core HR advisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance to managers on company policies, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence procedures, ensuring compliance.
* Ensure HR business partnering aligns with local employment laws within your client group.
* Support management in resourcing needs and coordinate recruitment and selection processes with line managers and recruitment specialists.
* Assist in implementing initiatives that promote positive Employee Relations within the region and across business units.
* Embed Performance Management Review and offshore appraisal processes, and coordinate training needs with the Learning and Development team.
* Participate in global HR initiatives related to Compensation and Benefits, Staffing, and HR Policies and Processes.
Analytics:
* Utilise PowerBI and HR dashboards to provide data for decision-making.
* Create visual HR data reports and dashboards.
* Investigate data discrepancies, collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, and ensure data integrity.
* Analyze HR data for trends and efficiencies in processes like recruitment, turnover, and compliance.
Reporting:
* Create, run, and maintain HR reports in SuccessFactors.
* Perform data validation and cleansing within SuccessFactors.
* Plan and deliver reporting requirements for HR systems.
* Coordinate with communications teams to disseminate global HR information for various corporate communications.
Desired Experience:

* Degree-level education in Human Resources or Business Management.
* Previous experience in a similar HR advisory role, ideally within a global organization.
* Knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, employee benefits, and administration schemes.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
* Networking skills and ability to engage effectively across an organization.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work and adapt to changing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and HRIS systems, especially SuccessFactors.
