Role Description We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to lead sales and channel expansion across distribution, DMR, and major retail partners within the computer peripherals and consumer electronics industry in the UK. This strategic role will drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and build high-performing teams to deliver outstanding results through distributors and retailers in the region. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and channel strategies for distribution, DMR, and retail accounts. • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to exceed revenue and growth targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and retailers. • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing account potential. • Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company objectives. • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and report insights to senior leadership. • Resolve customer and partner issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. • Collaborate with multi-function teams across the region including marketing, product, and finance teams to align initiatives and maximize results. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in computer peripherals, consumer electronics, or automotive accessories. • Proven success managing distribution and retail channels with major partners. • Demonstrated experience in UK distribution channels (e.g., Tech Data, Exertis, Westcoast, Midwich), retail channels (e.g., Currys, PC World, Argos, John Lewis, Amazon UK), and B2B/HV resellers (e.g., CDW, SCC, Insight, Computacenter). • Strong industry network and understanding of key distribution / retailer players in the region. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. • Highly motivated, collaborative, and adaptable. • Willingness to travel as needed. • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
