What you'll do as an HLTA:
Deliver lessons across the primary curriculum when required
Support small group interventions
Assist teachers with planning and classroom delivery

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Strong classroom confidence
Flexible and proactive approach
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
