Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment. Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? Reporting in to the Commercial Director, act as commercial lead for our Bexley project Manage and develop commercial staff, leading by example in best commercial practice Proactive identification and resolution of commercial risks and potential disputes both upstream and downstream Take responsibility for all commercial reporting, ensuring submissions are on time, accurate and in accordance with governance Commercial Reporting including CVRs, Aged WIP, Cashflow, end of life forecasts and other ad hoc reports and tasks in support of the business What youll bring Demonstrable experience working within the Infrastructure or Construction industry in a similar role. Qualificationin Quantity Surveying (BSC or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential. RICS or CICES beneficial. Previous experience as a successful line manager or functional manager of a commercial team.
