The role available is an exciting Corporate Advisory opportunity, this position is made for someone who wants to be face to face with clients, supporting transactions, offering strategic advisory solutions and being able to build a book of business.
Role Overview:
* Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and restructuring projects.
* Conduct thorough valuations.
* Prepare and present detailed financial reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
* Advisory on corporate finance matters, including capital structure, investment opportunities and risk management.
* Lead restructuring projects, providing financial due diligence and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with legal teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Preparing detailed reports, presentations and legal documentation.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest legal and financial development
Qualifications & Additional:
* Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified.
* Italian language fluency.
Location:
* Bank, London (Very flexible, hybrid working arrangements).
