We're a busy, fast-paced Commercial and Marketing recruitment agency based in the heart of Manchester city centre. We place permanent candidates across a range of exciting sectors — digital marketing, commercial, finance, insurance, and sales — and we pride ourselves on building genuine, long-lasting relationships with our clients and candidates alike.
The Role
We're looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You'll be working a full 360 desk, developing new business relationships, managing existing accounts, and sourcing top talent for our clients across a varied portfolio of sectors. You don't need to come from a specific sector background — what matters most is your hunger, your work ethic, and your ability to build rapport. Full training will be provided by our hands-on billing Director, who leads from the front and is very much in the trenches alongside the team.

What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role you'll need at least 12 months' experience working as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in a 360 or business development-focused capacity. More importantly, you'll need a genuine passion for building and nurturing business relationships — this is at the core of everything we do. You must be comfortable and committed to working from our Manchester city centre office five days a week, as collaboration and culture are a big part of what makes this team tick.
In Summary, You Will:
1. Have a minimum of 12 months' recruitment experience
2. Be a confident, relationship-focused business developer
3. Be based in or able to commute to Manchester city centre daily
