Already the #1 player in Europe within its space, the UK has been identified as a major growth market — with strong listings across the major grocery multiples.
To support this growth, the business is hiring a National Account Manager - Grocery who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and loves making things happen.
This is a temp-to perm role, designed to bring immediate impact, structure and momentum, and will be highly likely become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Commercial Leadership
* Own and manage JBPs with major UK grocers
* Lead promotional planning, negotiations and trade spend optimisation
* Drive profitable growth through customer-specific strategies
* Manage forecasting, pricing, CPI changes and execution standards
Category, Insight & Performance
* Use EPOS and shopper insight to build compelling, insight-led retailer propositions
* Evaluate performance and turn learnings into best practice by customer
* Act as a strong commercial voice internally and externally
Innovation & Growth
* Support launches across a fast-moving NPD pipeline
* Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain and Leadership
* Play a role in future portfolio expansion, including acquisition-led growth
About You
* FMCG experience at National Account Manager level
* Proven experience with UK grocery multiples
* Strong commercial acumen: JBPs, trade spend, promotions, P&L
* Food & drink experience preferred (for speed of impact)
* Entrepreneurial, adaptable and comfortable in a scale-up environment
* Motivated by building something, not just maintaining the status quo
