Job Description

Overall purpose of the job:

Working within the Learning and Development function you will be responsible for ensuring you work with all stakeholders on the design cycle for training content. This will include, Design, develop and implement training content for internal and external audiences, including interactive e-learning, video editing, PowerPoint presentations and the creation of training collateral. In this role you will collaborate with the L&D, the wider HR function and all multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of assigned projects.

Key responsibilities for this job:

1. Support the organisation by utilising instructional design practices to build innovative, world class blended learning solutions that are scalable, measurable, and repeatable.
2. Utilise agile and instructional design project management methodology to ensure an effective, flexible approach.
3. Produce content and develop a high degree of competence using specialist software such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia and Adobe creative applications.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
5. Provide training assistance and guidance to line managers to overcome knowledge and skill gaps.
6. Carry out learning needs analysis.
7. Evaluate learning outcomes and ensure solutions have met business needs.
8. Maintain knowledge and understanding of L&D best practice.
9. Make recommendations for the improvement of training, materials, and processes.
10. Assist with Graphic Design content across the HR Function, including work on assigned projects.
11. Be a key point of contact within the L&D team and wider HR Function, with sufficient knowledge of key projects and programs to answer questions from stakeholders at all levels.
12. Any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned to you by your manager, or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff member

Knowledge and experience required:

13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
14. Demonstratable skill in graphic design is essential.
15. Knowledge of, and experience in, using instructional design software is beneficial, but not essential, as training and mentoring will be offered.
16. A genuine desire to build learning content and be part of a dedicated L&D team.
17. Highly collaborative.
18. Passionate and knowledgeable about technology.
19. Flexible approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver to deadlines.
20. Remain productive with little supervision and using their own initiative.
21. Responsible and willing to take ownership of projects.
22. Positive and amenable attitude.
23. Able to multitask and prioritize workload.
24. Strong attention to detail.
25. Experience using MS office suite.
26. Continuous improvement mind-set, willing to attended further training and develop their skillset.
