DESCRIPTION We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our Global DBU Human Resources team.? This is a permanent role working a hybrid model which can be based at any Cummins location in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Provide administrative and logistics support for projects such as talent development, including tracking issues, monitoring project status, and assisting with budget planning, to contribute to the successful execution of global DBU HR projects. Assist with creating communications and collaborate with Communications Partners to ensure clear and effective messaging across talent development programs. Create a timetable of program cohorts and organise the nomination and application process globally to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Record attendance to provide accurate tracking and accountability for program participation. Order materials for the program cohorts to ensure participants have the necessary resources to succeed. Keep the SharePoint site up to date to ensure relevant information is easily accessible and organised. Create quarterly DE&I reports to provide valuable insights and support informed decision-making. Assist with Talent Development Initiatives, such as collating information from Talent Reviews and organising People Days, to help nurture and develop talent within the organisation. Assist with any ad hoc administrative support, including Talent Development Activities, pulling reports, and creating presentations. RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role, you will need the following: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Efficiently manage multiple tasks, schedules, and deadlines while ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work. Effective communication and proactive problem solving. Clearly convey information tailored to different audiences and anticipate potential issues, addressing them proactively. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data handling and reporting. Manage project issues, risks, resources, schedules, and scope using recommended tools and processes to ensure successful project completion. QUALIFICATIONS Education/ Experience:?
