We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Temporary Operations Supervisor to support a key office during an exciting phase of transformation. Based in Rotherham, this hands-on role plays a vital part in keeping the day-to-day running smoothly—managing everything from scheduling and resource coordination to liaising with teams across multiple sites.
This role is to start in a few weeks time, therefore it is essential you are available with minimal notice period.

Are looking to transition from site-based work into a more office-focused role—or already have operational experience and want a new challenge. Experience with SAGE or a CRM system is a plus, but not essential.
Key Details:
Hours: Mon to Fri, 7:30am – 4:30pm (30 min lunch)
Location: Office-based in, Rotherham (with occasional site visits required)
Transport: Driving licence and own vehicle required
Interviews: Two stages – in-person followed by Teams
Parking: Free on-site parking
