A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a dynamic and fast-paced organisation on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in supporting significant business transformation, including acquisitions, restructures, and office rationalisations. The Opportunity As the business grows through acquisition and organic growth, this role will support HR Business Partners in preparing for and delivering change across the organisation. You'll be involved in a wide range of activities including collective consultations, drafting job descriptions for new structures, and coordinating key change initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support HRBPs in preparing for organisational change and restructuring activity Draft and coordinate documentation for collective consultations and redundancy processes Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including complex cases Assist with TUPE processes and integration planning for new acquisitions Ensure smooth coordination and tracking of change-related activity across teams Act as a point of contact for managers and employees during periods of transition What We're Looking For Experience of working as a Senior HR Advisor ideally within a financial services environment Strong background in employee relations and organisational change Proven experience supporting restructures, redundancies, and ideally TUPE Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the London office This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a change-driven environment and is looking to make a real impact during a critical period of transformation.
