We have a fanatatic opening for a Brand Experience Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in defining what great brand experience looks like for the HSBC UK Brand, with a particular focus on retail marketing. The role holder will be responsible for developing and ultimately implementing the UK Brand retail marketing strategy, with the aim to significantly improve the brand experience across our physical customer touchpoints In this role, you will: • Lead on the development and implementation of the UK retail marketing strategy with an aim to improve the physical brand experience. • Lead and manage end to end marketing campaigns in the branch network, from briefing through to creative delivery and physical dispatch & installation. • Manage the retail marketing budget efficiently, striving for maximum ROI, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered efficiently within deadlines. • Work with business stakeholders and the branch network to define the role for marketing campaigns and create compelling briefs, with clear objectives and targets that deliver to both business and marketing priorities. • Ensure Marketing Insight & Effectiveness learning from previous campaign activity and customer feedback is incorporated, where appropriate, into marketing briefs and campaign development • Provide reporting and analysis on all activity on a regular basis, recommending actionable learnings and optimising accordingl Requirements The successful candidate will have: • A deep understanding of retail marketing is essential coupled with proven experience of managing retail marketing campaigns and demonstrable experience in a brand experience or customer experience role • Excellent creative brief writing skills, with the ability to manage multiple agency suppliers and internal stakeholder relationships simultaneously • Line management experience desirable but not essential. • Experience of managing budgets across multiple projects/campaigns. • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail, a passion for quality, and an ability to plan, prioritise and escalate where necessary. • Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered. • Offer a hands-on approach to campaign management, demonstrating pragmatism and agility when finding solutions.
