Location
Hybrid role based in Irvine, California, with a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility

This role requires active California Bar admission and at least 1 year of post-JD legal experience

Job Description
8. Manage family law matters from intake through resolution
9. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, judgments, and trial briefs
10. Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations
11. Conduct legal research and stay current on family law developments
12. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
13. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality work product
14. Travel to courts and offices throughout Southern California as needed
15. Maintain approximately 140 billable hours per month
Qualifications
16. J.D. from an accredited law school
17. Active California State Bar license in good standing
18. 1+ years of legal experience
19. Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
20. Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
21. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
