Essential criteria
 * Relevant post‑qualification as a Solicitor/Barrister/Legal Executive or relevant experience
 * Experience of working within a legal team
 * Experience of handling inquests in the Coroner's Court
 * Experience of managing clinical negligence claims
Desirable criteria
 * Specific experience in healthcare law and providing advice to clinicians.
 * Previous experience working within the NHS
 * Solicitor/Barrister/Legal Executive with current practising certificate
 * Clinical qualification
 * Risk management/root cause analysis training
