* Create unforgettable customer experiences by offering tailored consultations and building meaningful, lasting relationships.
* Use your expert touch to provide personalised skin diagnoses, demonstrations, and product recommendations.
* Inspire beauty rituals that last a lifetime by educating customers and guiding them through Clarins’ holistic approach to skincare.
* Be a role model and mentor to your teammates—leading with positivity, passion, and purpose.
* Take the lead on exciting new launches, counter events, and customer loyalty strategies.
* Track your success with key performance goals, from customer retention to new client acquisition.
You are:
* A people‑person who loves delivering 5-star service and connecting with customers on a deeper level.

* A beauty enthusiast with a hunger to learn about trends, products, and innovations.

You have:
* 2+ years of experience in the beauty industry (Clarins is a plus!).
* Strong communication skills.
* A deep passion for skincare, self‑care, and creating meaningful customer moments.
* The drive to influence, educate, and sell in a way that feels natural, supportive, and inspiring.
* Ideally based in Edinburgh area with the ability to travel across the UK including overnight stays.
