This role is perfect for a sous chef who thrives on delivering bold flavours at scale, with strong knowledge of authentic ingredients and preparation methods across Asia and beyond.
What You'll Do:
Lead the preparation of specialised international dishes with a focus on quality and authenticity
Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to innovate and refine menus
Support training, development and knowledge-sharing of regional cooking techniques
Ensure consistency, compliance and high standards in food safety and production
Collaborate on menu rollouts and process improvements What You Bring:
Proven experience in Asian or Indian cuisine (restaurant, catering or production kitchen)
A passion for culinary detail and authenticity
Strong team leadership and communication skills
