Overview
St Edmund’s Catholic Primary School are seeking a hardworking, reliable and flexible Receptionist/Admin Assistant who would like to join our caring, friendly school team. You will be part of the admin team providing efficient reception support, acting as the initial point of contact for parents/carers, visitors and other stakeholders. You will also provide support for administrative and organisational processes within the school. Your role will involve close contact with children and will include some supervision during lunchtime.
Responsibilities
* Provide efficient reception support and act as the initial point of contact for parents/carers, visitors and stakeholders.
* Support administrative and organisational processes within the school.
* Maintain close contact with children and supervise during lunchtime.
* Work closely with the admin team across both schools under the guidance of the School Office Manager.
* Participate in professional development and well‑being schemes, including access to professional support from nurses, councillors and expert legal and financial advice.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Enhanced DBS check.
* Medical checks.
* Satisfactory references.
* Demonstrated commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
