Do you have a passion for high-end sports, prestige and luxury cars? We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Workshop Manager to lead our team at our new state of the art facility in Scotland.
The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience in a workshop, a bodyshop or the motor trade as a Controller or Team Leader. Enthusiasm, commitment and excellent communication skills are vital to this role, as well as a proven track record of leading a successful team.

Responsibilities and Duties
The role consists of organising workload to ensure smooth running of all aspects of the workshop.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the workshop, that incoming work is planned, helping manage the time and resource, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to. People management skills will need to be second nature for the successful candidate as they will be required to lead, motivate and monitor the team.
Quality checking of all work, ordering of required parts, tools, as well as health and safety compliance are also important elements of this role.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
