An inclusive secondary school is seeking a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to join their SEN provision as soon as possible. Role Highlights:
* Full-time, permanent position at an inclusive secondary school
* Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with a range of SEN
* Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons and support strategies
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Help students develop essential social, emotional, and academic skills
* Support students with their personal care and mobility needs, as required
* Work collaboratively with the SEN team, teachers, and other staff to create and implement individualized learning plans (ILPs)
Experience & Qualifications:
* Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable
* A genuine passion for working with young people with SEN
* Strong communication, patience, and empathy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive attitude and commitment to helping students succeed
* Enhanced DBS check required
