Role Overview:

As a Team Leader, you will work alongside the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and play a crucial role in delivering our core operations to high standards. Your responsibilities include coaching your team to ensure a dependable and consistent customer experience. Your role involves:
1. Assisting with daily operations, including food prep, inventory, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
2. Learning managerial skills such as scheduling, team coordination, and communication to lead effectively.
3. Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly with a friendly attitude.
4. Collaborating with colleagues and managers to uphold quality standards and our brand reputation.
5. Embracing continuous learning, taking feedback positively, and applying it to improve.
