We are looking for
A proactive and detail‑oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team and support customers throughout the entire order‑to‑delivery process.
This is a part‑time position, Monday to Friday, approximately 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
What you’ll do
* Manage customer master data
* Handle offers, sales orders, and sample requests
* Coordinate shipments, packing lists, and transport costs
* Manage invoicing and support credit notes
* Provide after‑sales support and solve customer issues in collaboration with internal teams
* Monitor stock levels and prepare reports for the Subsidiary Services Manager
What you’ll bring
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Good command of SAP
* A customer‑oriented mindset and a hands‑on attitude
* Fluent English
* Educational requirement: GCSE English and Maths (minimum)
* Residence in the Middlewich area or nearby
Salary range (pro‑rated for part‑time): £15,000 – £17,000
