Location: Aycliffe Positions Available: Start ASAP, ongoing Rate of Pay: £18.38 per hour basic, Overtime available Contract Length: 12 months/ongoing Shift Patterns: there are 2 shift patterns available on site : 3 Shift Pattern Rotating. Monday to Friday (06:00am - 14:00pm) (14:00pm - 22:00pm) (22:00pm - 06:00am) Condensed Week Shift pattern Week 1 - 40 hours over a 4 day shift - Days (10 hours) Week 2 - 36 hours over 3 night shifts - nights (12 hours) Key Responsibilities: As a Production Operator, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process. Your key responsibilities will include: Operating machinery efficiently and safely. Picking and packing products with precision. Conducting quality inspections to ensure top-notch standards. Verifying that packaging matches product specifications and orders. Calibrating scales and conducting visual checks for accuracy. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by cleaning machines and reporting any damage. Collaborating proactively with team members to ensure continuous production with minimal waste. Participating in improvement and problem-solving teams.
