The Role
Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll be part of a forward‑thinking team working in a fast‑paced environment. Your work will span the full employee lifecycle from performance and talent management, reward and pay plans through to wellbeing, colleague engagement, and cultural development. It’s a varied and highly influential role where you’ll shape the people agenda across our Support Functions business area.
About You
* A true generalist with proven experience operating in a matrix or complex, multi‑site organisation.
* Bring strong HR/business partnering capabilities with the confidence to coach, challenge and influence at all levels.
* Have experience supporting, or leading initiatives in employee relations, resource management, or organisational change.
* Understand current employment legislation and can apply it in a practical, solutions‑focused way.
* Builds trusted relationships quickly and communicates with clarity.
* Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can juggle competing deadlines with ease.
* Is comfortable using Excel and analysing and interpret data for informed decision making.
* Automotive experience is not essential – what matters is your ability to adapt, your appetite for learning, and your passion for delivering great people outcomes.

The Location
Flexible on base location in one of our business areas: (Bournemouth, Poole, Portsmouth, Southampton, Tunbridge Wells, Crawley, Redhill). Due to the nature of the role, regular travel will be required across these sites to stay connected with colleagues and leaders.
