A fast-growing software company in Weybridge is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new logo acquisition and sell enterprise software solutions. This is a brand-new role for a proven hunter who can work with medium-to-large, highly regulated organisations, navigate longer sales cycles, and consistently hit targets.
The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature, build strong C-level relationships, and work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to maximise opportunities. They need to be tech-savvy, commercially astute, and proactive, with experience identifying opportunities and closing complex deals.
Requirements:
* Proven new business sales experience
* Have sold into enterprise accounts, completing tenders and RFI/RFP's
* Comfortable managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
* Strong organisation, planning, and presentation skills
Salary: £55,000–£60,000 base + uncapped OTE, with other team members regularly taking home £120k+.
