Job Description Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of a thriving cafe and busy hospitality section, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality service delivery Collaborate closely with the account manager, head chef, and client to maintain alignment with organisational goals and client expectations Lead the development and implementation of a health-focused food and beverage offering, keeping abreast of current trends and nutritional guidelines Foster a culture of exceptional guest engagement, personally interacting with patrons to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly Spearhead menu development initiatives, working alongside the head chef to create innovative, seasonal, and health-conscious offerings Conceptualise, plan, and execute internal events from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments Establish and maintain a robust system for collecting, analysing, and actioning guest feedback to continuously improve service quality and guest experience Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and maintain high standards Oversee financial aspects of the operation, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimisation Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing requirements Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the cafe and hospitality services, increasing visibility and attracting new clientele Manage inventory and supply chain, negotiating with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of high-quality ingredients and materials Represent the establishment at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed about sector developments Implement and oversee sustainability initiatives to minimise environmental impact and align with corporate social responsibility goals Flexibility to work Monday to Friday with some evenings to cover internal events as required Additional Information For almost 20 years, for every client, in every location (whether that’s an office, stadium, cathedral or university), we have created beautiful spaces, exciting menus and friendly teams, so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.
